Each class is designed to challenge clients of all fitness levels and backgrounds. Every instructor will offer beginner, intermediate and advanced options for each move. All classes are capped at 6 people so everyone gets individual attention.​

Important Info
Cancellation Policy
All classes and privates must be cancelled 12 hours prior to scheduled event. Failure to do so will forfeit session or incur a $15 charge for unlimited memberships.
Refund Policy
Private or class packages may not be exchanged. Refunds are not available for expired or partially used packages.

Signup Policy
Class registration closes 2 hours before class begins. Classes can be booked up to 4 months ahead of time in WellnessLiving, including recurring bookings.
All services have a 12-hour cancellation policy. Late cancels and no-shows will be charged in full. No-shows on any Unlimited package incur a $15 fee.
